Released & L.i.t.t is a nonprofit organization founded by Charsity Almond, dedicated to empowering women and young girls who are transitioning through life challenges such as incarceration, hardship, or lack of support. We create a safe space for healing, growth, and transformation where every woman can rediscover her worth and step into a brighter future. Our mission is to uplift, inspire, and remind every woman and young girl that they are powerful, worthy, and capable of change.

Through our comprehensive programs including mentorship, beauty and self-care services, and life skills development, we help women rebuild confidence and reclaim their lives. We believe that true empowerment comes from addressing both inner transformation and outer confidence, which is why we combine personal development workshops with practical beauty services. Our community outreach events and reentry support programs ensure that no woman faces her journey alone.
